Return Policies

RETURN POLICY
Digital Decals Inc is committed to your satisfaction.  Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an incorrect item is received or an item is damaged in shipping. If an item is incorrect or damaged, it may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

Return Authorization:
Please contact our store at 910.353.3776 prior to the return for a Return Authorization unless the item is returned to the physical retail store location. ALL SHIPPING COST IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. Please enclose your name, order number and specify the nature of the problem when shipping any item back to us.

Items Damaged In Shipping:
If you are returning an item because it was damaged in shipping, we will either replace the item or give you a store credit. SPECIAL NOTE ON GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT: Be sure to inspect your shipment when it arrives. If the product is damaged during shipment, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hours), there is a limited time to make a claim with the delivery company. A credit, replacement shipment or refund will be sent to you as soon as you notify us of any damages and we receive your returned goods.
